  • 1 Onesie or Shirt embellished with an adorable Blue appliqued on the tee.   "Birthday Girl" or child's Name can be written under the number.
  • 1 Extra full tutu using super soft nylon tulle in any length up to 12 inches.

If you would like different colors of tulle on the tutu, please note it in the additional comments.

***Please Note: Shirts are availabe in short sleeves, long sleeves and tank tops.  We will try to use a puffed sleeve tee if they are available from the manufacturers.  If they are not in stock, we will replace with a plain sleeve tee.
